alex got his start at safelite— one of the best places in the industry to build a foundation. the experience was real and the training was solid, but the corporate structure wasn't the right long-term fit. so he moved on to independent shops across eastern nc, where he quickly became the tech other people came to with questions.
as a lead technician at multiple local shops, alex didn't just do the work — he trained the crews, corrected bad habits, and more than once found himself teaching his supervisors techniques they hadn't seen before. after years of being the backbone of other people's businesses, going independent was an easy call.
